Thank you for shopping with UNCTRL. Please review our shipping information before placing an order. All items are made-to-order, and production and delivery times may vary.
Order Processing & Production Times
All products are made-to-order. Production time typically ranges from:

Apparel: 2–7 business days

Accessories and other items: 2–9 business days

Peak seasons: production times may be longer than the standard estimates
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has finished production.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

United Kingdom: 3–10 business days

Australia: 5–15 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is determined to be defective or incorrect.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on production location or item availability.
You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
UNCTRL is not responsible for:

Mis delivery due to incorrect address entry

Returned shipments due to undeliverable addresses

Re-shipping fees if the order is returned to sender
If you need to correct an address, contact us as quickly as possible. Changes can only be made before production begins.
Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
UNCTRL is not responsible for:

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in determining next steps according to carrier policies.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or other import taxes.
These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
UNCTRL does not cover or reimburse these fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
