(Final Sale — Defects Only)
At UNCTRL, every product is custom printed and made-to-order. Because of this, all sales are final, except in cases where your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will always make it right if something arrives in unacceptable condition.
Defective / Misprinted Items — 7-Day Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to report any eligible issue.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, your item must:

Have a printing defect, manufacturing defect, damage, or be the incorrect item

Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Include proof of purchase

Include photos of the defect (may be requested to speed up processing)

If your claim is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label (if the item must be returned)

Instructions for shipping your item

A replacement or refund, whichever you prefer
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
Because every UNCTRL item is printed specifically for each order, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

Non-defective items

Items ordered in the wrong size

Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

Custom or personalized items

Sale or discounted products

Gift cards
If it’s not defective, it is final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect
Contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Since all UNCTRL items are made-to-order, we do not offer standard exchanges.
If you need a different size or product:

Submit a defect claim if the issue qualifies, or

Place a new order once your claim has been resolved.
European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you may be legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
However, this cooling-off period does not apply to:

Custom-made items
-
Print-on-demand items
Since all UNCTRL products fall into these categories, orders can only be returned if they are defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item (if required) is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may require additional posting time
